Img (HTML element)

In HTML, the img element specifies a digital image.

Description

The img element is empty -- it consists of a single tag (no closing tag).

The src attribute specifies the URL (web address) of the image.

Example:

<img src="your_image.jpg" alt="Describe the image" style="width:100px;height:100px;" />

Note the backslash "/" character at the end of the tag.
