Create exercise folder
In your local root folder, create a folder named wordpress.
- All of the WordPress files go in this folder
- Do not non-WordPress files in this folder

Move files to exercise folder

Create database using phpMyAdmin

Edit WordPress config file

Browse configuration page

Installation is complete. Wordpress is ready for use.

Manage website

Change Themes

Update home page
On your Home page, make a link to your WordPress page. Like this:
<a href="./wordpress">Week Four: WordPress</a>
<a href="/instructor/wordpress">Week Four: WordPress</a>
<a href="http://htcwebcreative.com/instructor/wordpress/index.php">Week Four: WordPress</a>
You are free to change "Week Four: WordPress" to something equivalent.
