XAMPP

XAMPP (/ˈzæmp/ or /ˈɛks.æmp/) is a free and open source cross-platform web server solution stack developed by Apache Friends.

The main components of XAMPP are:

• Apache HTTP Server
• MySQL database
• Interpreters for scripts written PHP and Perl
