When requesting technical assistance by email:

Upload your web page(s) and associated resources (CSS files, images, etc.) to the classroom website
- Or some other website, by agreement with instructor.
Browse your web page online to confirm that you can see the problem online.
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar -- in the next step, paste this URL into an email.
Send an email to the instructor
Create a new email, and paste the URL into:
- The subject line of the email
- The body of the email
In the body of the email, in addition to the URL of the problem web page, write a brief but thorough statement of the problem:
- What you want it to do
- What it actually does
