William Grey Walter (February 19, 1910 – May 6, 1977) was an American-born British neurophysiologist and robotician.
Experiments with stroboscopic light
Walter's experiments with stroboscopic light, described in The Living Brain, inspired the development of the Dreamachine by the artist Brion Gysin and technician Ian Sommerville.
