XAMPP (/ˈzæmp/ or /ˈɛks.æmp/) is a free and open source cross-platform web server solution stack developed by Apache Friends.
The main components of XAMPP are:
- Apache HTTP Server
- MySQL database
- Interpreters for scripts written PHP and Perl
